No more training

I have decided to do away with training and instead try and have a war once a week, if I am unable to set one up then we will just train like normal.
I have added the results of the last two wars to the matches page, you can get the demos from there too.

Well as some of you may know VA recently split into two divisions. This was because Fluffy wanted to recruit more players but I didn't as we already had 11 in the clan. We decided to split the clan into two and hold separate wars between us. Fluffy recruited Sparky, Yoda and Finster but Sparky has since returned to the SYD clan.
We have been having one war per week lately but it's getting to be too much, I am putting in place a two week notice policy for wars. This allows me one week to get a team sorted and a week's notice for all concerned.
I have put up the results of our latest war with Von on the matches page along with a video from my perspective. We had another war with them before this one but my hard drive died and I lost all screenshots/demos so unless someone else has anything they can send me I won't be able to do a writeup on it.

Lost members/Better match writeups

First off we lost two members recently Scar and Terribleone, they have since joined CoD.
I have put up the results of a few clan matches we have had lately and I am in the process of taking screenshots from ingame and capturing video that you can download and watch. We also have a new forum courtesy of Comwhizz.
I have promoted Derty Harry to General for his long term commitment to the clan, thanks mate :)

Disappointing result/Clan promotion

We were supposed to have a war with Von on Friday but they never showed up so naturally we were all a bit disappointed, we have a war coming up with AC on the 27th so that should wield a better result.
I have promoted Scarlak to sergeant because he is a very big contributor to the clan, good work man :)

Line up change/Battle with CoD

We lost one of our members recently to the IG clan, Spacewayx. He was a good player and we're sad to see him go. Conversely we have two new players, Van Occupanther and Scarlak.
Yesterday was our big match against CoD, it was a lot of fun. We beat them by about 10 frags and they want a rematch sometime in the future.
Fluffy and I have decided to organise one clan war per month and a clan training session every week.

That's what I've been playing lately along with counter strike, I'm using my p5 glove and 3d glasses it's way more fun than the mouse. I'm just waiting for an adaptor so I can use my force feedback vest and it'll be even better, VA has been pretty dormant lately I'll have to set up a clan match. If any of you want a ruccus then post in the forum :-)

Teamwork's gonna kick your ass

I have been working on teamwork by playing in the Team Deathmatch servers and I'm getting better, have only lost a few matches. We are to fight a new clan called BBC next week I believe but I doubt it as I have not seen the leader online in a few days so we can't sort out any details.
Sorry about the ads on the site, they really suck so I'm thinking of buying some webspace and moving the site there.

Big clan match

Our clan match went really well, it was very close with the lead chopping and changing throughout the match however we ended up losing by 6 frags. Go and have a look in the matches area for details on the outcome.
I am thinking of starting up a clan practise once a week so that we can work on communication skills using Teamspeak, let me know what you think.

I have updated the webpage with a forum so if you feel like you have something to say please do. Also I have completed the information on the members page aswell as adding M_Breeze to the list. Our first clan match is to take place tonight at 11:30pm our time, wish us luck these AC boys are going to be gunning!
